Heavy Duty Roundtop Fence Panels:
Heavy Duty Roundtop Anti Climb Fence Panels are the most popular and most durable temporary fence panel on the market.

Roundtop Powerweb, a heavy duty 38mm diameter fully framed panel, constructed using only 2 tubes. one of them is a continuous tube that is bent at two points to form the top rail and the posts in one length. This has the added feature of only having 2 corner joints and hence only half the potential for joint damage. The rounded corners offer the client a more aesthetically pleasing appearance to their perimeter fencing. This is produced using anti-climb mesh and hence conforms to HSG 151.

Anti-climb 25o/d, a re-sale or trade panel that is constructed using 38mm end posts with lighter 25mm diameter top & bottom tubes and anti-climb mesh which offers an economical alternative whilst still conforming to HSG 151.

Powerweld™ technology forms the strongest temporary fencing joint available in the UK. This offers customers longevity and reduces on site damage. Powerweld has up to 70% better weld strength compared to traditional MIG welding technology used to manufacture tempoarary fence panels.

Our Heavy Duty panels all feature Powerweb™ technology
Powerweb™ corner brackets can be added to the panel joints offering further strength and resistance to on site damage. Newly designed press-tooling forms a tight fit together with the only corner web on the market not to have any sharp protrusions whatsoever that could cause potential injury to operatives when handling them.

The Safelift™ base weighs 22½ Kg which is within the current manual handling regulations and has specially designed handles that encourage the correct lifting technique for site operatives or erectors. The additional weight through increased thermoplastic content allied with 150mm of block height, increases the overall stability of fence-lines installed using Safelift bases. Fence systems installed in lighter, shallower and smoother style plastic bases on the market are susceptible to sliding and even overturning in windy conditions.
